Let’s Connect!
Do you yearn to be understood?
Do you desire deeper connections with others and yourself?
Do want more ease in your day?
More ease within your relationships?
Let’s work together to support you in living your life authentically
and to have the relationship you desire with yourself and others.
Some of the things you’ve done in the past may have helped you survive, but may not be fostering the type of connection you desire. I want to support you in understanding yourself and honoring your past to foster healing.

Origins of Connected Mind and Body Therapy
As humans, we experience life and relationships within our bodies. We are more than just talking heads. Experiences can cause us to disconnect from our bodies and have a more cerebral experience. We miss out on so many signals from our system when we lose connection to our bodies. This can also impact the way we connect and relate to others. Utilizing a somatic and nervous system approach, we can work to attune to our needs and foster connection to self and others. We are more than just minds and we can experience the world fully when we connect with ourselves.
To me, the body says what words cannot.
